Our Policies
Late Fee Policy
If the Invoice is not paid within 5 days of creation it will be classified as late and will incur a fee of $10.

Rescheduling/Cancellation
If a project is arranged and terminated/rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance, the customer will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
Cancellation of reoccurring cleanings will require 2 weeks' notice; failure to provide 2 weeks' notice will incur a $50 penalty.

Nonrefundable Deposit
A nonrefundable $200 deposit is required for any one-time cleans and/or move-out cleanings. *This deposit will be credited towards the final cost of your cleaning.

Rush Fee
If the project needs to be completed within the next 3 days there will be a 25% fee
applied to the final cost of the cleaning.
